Do you accept returns?

Because many Mama Couture items are made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, color, or style selection.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

How long do refunds take?

What are Printify and Printful?

Printify and Printful are print-on-demand fulfillment platforms that allow Mama Couture to have products produced after a customer places an order. This means we can offer a variety of designs without maintaining large amounts of inventory.

Are Mama Couture products made by Printify or Printful?

Select Mama Couture products are produced through Printify or Printful, depending on the specific product. The fulfillment partner may vary by item.

Does Mama Couture design the products?

Yes. Mama Couture develops and selects the designs, collections, branding, and product concepts offered through our website. Our manufacturing partners assist with production and fulfillment.

Will my package come from Mama Couture?

Your order may be shipped directly from a Printify or Printful fulfillment facility. The shipping origin may therefore differ from Mama Couture's business location.

Why does my order have a different return address or shipping origin?

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

If your order contains products fulfilled through different production facilities or platforms, your items may be shipped separately. You may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers.
